  ATM was working which is unusual for many in Tonga. 12top fee and max 900top withdrawal. I noticed, just because one bank ATM worked for an international card, does not mean all of the atms will. It’s hit and miss here.

  If you're coming from the U. S. and you're having a hard time using other ATMs try this one. I must have tried half a dozen others and this machine worked on the first try.
