::It's one of the most magnificent sights in the Pacific Islands. What makes is so spectacular, is that it is kilometres long. If you go at high tide, it is mesmerising.

::What a stunning spot! Totally mesmerizing too. Well worth a visit. We were also blessed to see a pod of whales going through too. It's really hot and sun drenched here so be sure to talk something to keep you sun safe. We had a wee walk around the area too and enjoyed talking to locals seeing their wares at the car park. A usual in Tonga, there was signage when you're heading out but nothing when you're at the site so I feel that Google map or similar is essential to find your way. Highly recommend

::If you're going to do any one thing on this island, I strongly recommend this. The power of the water and constant, yet different crashes and sprays were certainly something to behold. We only had about 15 minutes at the end of a tour and it was the clear highlight of the day.
