  I’ve sent a package to this specific location for a relative and they refused to give it to him asking for his tracking number, what was contained in the package and kept trying to charge him outrageous fees to get his package I don’t know if it was because he was from the US but the next week over another relative from the area managed to get the package with no complications. Long story short I would recommend DHL for your postal service needs.

  Lovely and helpful staff, went there to write and send postcards. There is an AC in the office so it is a perfect break if you are exploring the town.

  Only because I can't give a negative rating. My package was opened and ransacked.. Items stolen..the 2nd box is still missing.. Then they charge you $600 TOP import duty. Smiling thieves..
