::We stayed two times for one night so in total two nights. Very rundown hotel. Few stains on the sheets and towels. On our first night no hot water. Ac remote was only in Chinese. Second night the room was pretty clean and the shower had warm water. But the toilet was not working.

::Place is pretty dark inside with lighting hall ways and our room had a lot of flying termites eating our headboards & waking up to their wings on our pillows and bed sheets. Management’s recommended us (4 boys) to the authorities for some crime that happened we almost got promoted to prison SMH. TKS &the other night got blamed because somebody (not us) brought random females in to the hotel causing troubles towards other guests WE TOLD the lady at the desk to check her cameras before saying such things. Got 2 pairs of EarPods stolen after the daily clean which we reported. Dodgy as place we ended up changing hotels !! I highly NOT RECOMMEND staying here

::A relatively large place with a big room but a very firm mattress that makes it hard to sleep. The bathroom did see better days and could use freshen up. The desk was a good size if you have to use a laptop. TV has some 7-8 channels and the quality of the picture is poor. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and there is only one coat hanger in the cupboard. Also, some old/strange switch for lights (see pictures). Lady from reception remembered my name after seeing me just once, well done. Lobby has some old, worn out chairs with springs almost coming out. If I can I would not go there again.

::The place is falling apart. The toilet didn't flush properly, insects were in the room and the smell of sewage was very strong. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

::Graham's warm welcome and the hotel's prime location set the tone for a great stay. The housekeeping staff were very helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience. Plus, the on-site restaurant serves the best Chinese food in Tonga. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
